If the second wave of coronavirus is compared to the first wave, the number of coronavirus patients in the first wave has increased in the last 24 hours. 15,195 diagnostic tests have been performed and 27,20,722 diagnostic tests have been performed in Punjab so far.

Coronavirus infection rate is highest in Lahore and overall positive virus infection rate is 4.4% which is less than other provinces. During coronavirus, 20 new BSL level three labs have been set up in Punjab. The number of BSL labs has been increased from 2 to 20. New 2 BSL labs have been set up at Rahim Yar Khan and Multan and 5 new labs are ready. Copy One is being prepared till the current budget.

Five new labs will be set up in Layyah, Okara, Kharian, Wah and Mianwali. We now have the capacity to conduct 24,000 diagnostic tests in 24 hours. We are very sorry about the false rumors about corona vaccine. No vaccine has arrived in Pakistan yet and only registration is taking place. Storage of vaccines is very important. Safe storage of vaccines has been arranged in all the districts of Punjab.

2385 Icelandic refrigerators have been set up in 36 districts for vaccine protection. Cold rooms will be set up everywhere and Deputy Commissioners will be present in the Provincial Vaccine Management Committee in each district. This facility will be available in all DHQs, Teaching and Tehsil Headquarters Hospitals. At present 637 persons have been trained. 76 Master Trainers will train all other vaccinators.

So far, 300,000 health workers have been registered with a total number of 500,000. First, all these health workers will be vaccinated against corona vaccine. In the second phase, people over 60 years of age will be vaccinated against corona vaccine. And China's joint venture, Kovacs, has promised to provide timely and free vaccines to 20% of Pakistan's population.

We are trying to get the corona vaccine to Pakistan as soon as possible. Negotiations are underway with Sinopharma regarding the vaccine, for which the government has allocated a hefty sum of Rs 250 million. The good news for all of you is that Prime Minister Imran Khan has promised to distribute health facility cards to all 22 million families in Punjab by December 2021. In other words, universal health coverage is being provided to all families. So far, health facility cards have been distributed to 5.2 million families in Punjab.

Before this year's financial budget, health facility cards will be distributed to all families in two divisions of Punjab, DG Khan and Sahiwal. So far, health facility cards have been distributed to 42% families in both the divisions. Prime Minister Imran Khan and Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar We want to provide maximum facilities to the people in the field of health.

The project will cost Rs 60 billion annually. The private sector is being given interest free loans through Punjab Health Foundation. So far, 280,000 people have availed interest free loans. Let's start counting. Our government has taken historic steps in the field of health.

Four new hospitals Gangaram, Nishtarto, DG Khan Teaching Hospital and Mianwali Madras and Child Hospital are being constructed. Whenever Khawaja Sadar Rafique and Maryam Aurangzeb go for counting bricks, we will go with them and we are also completing the projects of cracking the bricks left by you. The Minister for Cardiology has been activated at a cost of Rs. 50 crore. We have not built palaces and bridges like you but are building hospitals. Everything is being done for the betterment of the common man. The tax money of the people is being spent on the people. PC-1 of the new dental college is ready in Rawalpindi in which admissions will be started in the next financial year. To date no government has thought of ensuring the health of mother and child.

For the first time, our government is going to set up a child health university. Seven new Madras and Child Hospitals are being set up in Punjab in Sialkot, Gujarat, Gangaram, Mianwali, Layyah, Bahawalnagar and Rajanpur. After which important and historic steps are being taken to ensure the health of the children of the nation on priority basis.

The Children's Complex is being converted into a Children's University. Provincial Health Minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid during a press conference in response to questions from journalists said that thank God there are plenty of ventilators available for corona virus patients in Punjab and to date there is no corona virus patient who needs it. We got 150 ventilators from NDMA for free.

With regard to vaccines, all the companies are in touch with the federal government. Rs 14 billion has been spent in the first wave for free treatment and medicines for coronavirus patients and the government has again given a grant of Rs 2 billion. A meeting on vaccination was held under the chairmanship of Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Bazdar after which the Apex Vaccination Management Committee was constituted. Its members include Chief Secretary Punjab, IG Punjab, officers of Punjab Health Care Commission and Health Minister.

These committees have been formed at the district level. Vaccine trials are being conducted under established protocols. The quality of the vaccine can be assessed after the use of coronavirus vaccine. Health ministers of all provinces including Sindh are present at the NCOC meeting. The PDMA was holding a meeting on the one hand and was being locked down to stop the spread of the corona virus.

Bilawal Bhutto got coronavirus and tried to spread it through meetings. Side effects of coronavirus vaccine are being reviewed. MTI Act has been enacted in Sialkot. The same government will complete the Jubilee Town Dental Hospital.

This project has been deliberately delayed for ten years. Now the assessment of the project has been done. If I have never done politics on the disease of my rivals, then what will I do on coronavirus. PDMA has made enemies of the people by holding rallies. Eleven parties of PDMA could not gather 18,000 people in the meeting. He further said that while Nawaz Sharif was undergoing treatment with us, the PML-N had made a fuss about the treatment.
